Pricing

Flat rates. Agreed before anything starts.

Three tiers, three numbers. You'll know exactly what you're paying and roughly how long it takes before you commit to anything. No hourly billing, no monthly fees, no surprise invoice at the end.

Tune-Up

$200 flat

2–4 day turnaround

For a site that already exists but isn't pulling its weight. I fix the specific things that are costing you enquiries and leave the rest alone.

  • SEO cleanup — page titles, descriptions and local wording so Google knows what you do
  • Image cleanup — oversized photos compressed so pages stop crawling
  • Mobile layout fixes — text that reads and buttons you can hit with a thumb
  • Broken links and forms repaired and tested end to end
  • Clear call-to-action buttons so people know how to reach you

Full Custom Build

$1,400 flat

2–4 week turnaround

For businesses with more to show: several locations, a real body of work to display, or customers who need to book something.

  • Multi-page site, structured around how your business actually works
  • Booking or request forms for quotes, appointments and jobs
  • Photo galleries for finished work, equipment or product lines
  • Multiple locations, each with its own details and hours
  • Blog or updates section you can keep adding to

One thing that isn't included: domain and hosting. Those are paid directly to the provider and typically run $150–200 a year. I'll quote that separately and set it up in your name, so the accounts stay yours — but it isn't part of the flat rate above.

Every tier

What you get regardless of which one you pick

The price you were quoted

Agreed in writing before work starts. If the job turns out to be bigger than expected, that's mine to absorb, not yours to pay for.

Full ownership

The site and the domain are in your name. There's no monthly platform fee holding it hostage, and no one to ask permission from if you want to move it.

A person, not a ticket queue

You deal with me from the first email to launch day. No account manager, no handoff to someone who's never spoken to you.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the business and what's bothering you about the current site — or the fact that you don't have one. I'll tell you which tier fits and what it'll cost.
